Helps the public to identify and understand their legal rights and responsibilities in order to improve their ability to resolve legal issues. Does not provide legal advice, legal services, or representation. Phone hours are 8:45 am to 12:15 pm and 12:45 pm to 3:30 pm Mondays, and 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Tuesday to Friday (closed 1 pm to 1:30 pm Thursdays).COVID-19 Update (May 17, 2022): Office continues to be physically closed to the public.
