- I understand that the Content may be indexed by internet search engines.
- I acknowledge that in the Content, I will be referred to by the name that I have indicated upon submitting my story.
- I represent and warrant that I own the Content and have the full and exclusive right to submit
the Content to Aftermetoo. No other person or corporation has any right, title, or interest in the
Content. - I agree that Aftermetoo has not made any promise or representation to me about the Content. There is no agreement, written or oral, express or implied, between me and Aftermetoo about the Content, other than this release and authorization.
- In consideration of the foregoing, I hereby release and discharge and agree to indemnify
Aftermetoo, its employees, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, demands,
causes of action, actions, suits, damages, losses, and expenses of any kind that may arise from the publication of the Content. - I acknowledge that I am under no obligation to authorize Aftermetoo to publish the Content,
and agree that it is my voluntary decision to do so. - I understand that if at any time after the Content is published, I no longer want the Content to be published on www.aftermetoo.com, I may request that Aftermetoo remove the Content
from www.aftermetoo.com by notifying Aftermetoo in writing. I understand that upon notification, Aftermetoo will make best efforts to remove the Content immediately. - I understand that Aftermetoo reserves the right to remove the Content from www.aftermetoo.com at any time, without notice to me.
