Provides up to two hours of free legal advice to survivors of sexual violence. When needed, an additional two hours of free legal assistance may be approved.Sexual Violence includes but is not limited to: Sexual contact without consent, including anything from touching to intercourse Sexual harassment, threats or intimidation of any kind, including sexual harassment in the workplace as well as criminal sexual harassment or non-consensual distribution of intimate images Sexual exploitation involving children or adults, including child pornography or human trafficking for a sexual purpose.If you are uncertain whether you have experienced sexual violence you can still receive a referral for free legal advice. A lawyer can help you understand how your situation fits into the justice system and help you make an informed decision about your options and next steps.This Government of Saskatchewan program is hosted by PLEA.Funding for the program was provided by the Department of Justice Canada through the Federal Justice Victims Fund.
