Ariel is a human rights and employment litigation lawyer who specializes in the areas of sexual harassment, sexual assault, anti-racism, gender equality, and 2SLGBTQIA+ rights. As part of her commitment to assisting vulnerable and marginalized groups, Ariel has taken special training on gender and sexual diversity in the workplace, domestic violence in the workplace, safeguarding, supporting survivors and victims of trauma, and psychosocial support. She is a volunteer lawyer with the 519 Legal Clinic and a former board member of UN Women Canada, and is a member of the Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund, Young Women in Law, the Toronto Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
