Mary is an advocate against gender-based violence who believes in the collective strength of individuals. She supports Aftermetoo in wanting to create an online community where survivors can help each other. At the University of Toronto, Mary was a member of the committee that launched Green Dot Awareness Week, with the goal of increasing awareness about how bystander interventions can de-escalate violent situations. Mary is a certified financial planner who helps families build generational wealth through sound financial planning. She brings to Aftermetoo her personal commitment to the cause, her analytical skills, and her financial acumen.
